We feel Ecstatic to Introduce InSync Within to you all. Here we aim at synchronising the mind and the heart and addressing the inner conflict.Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, couples & children.
By using a combination of various psycotherapeutic tools and counselling practices like Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) Transactional Analysis and Robert Carkhuff method of Personal Counselling amongst others enables us at InSync Within to follow an eclectic approach to decide the appropriate therapy style based on individual needs and interests of our clients.
ABOUT OUR MENTOR
MEGHA JHAVERI, M.A.P.C, D.I.C, P.G.D.C our Conseling Psycologist began her career as a Banker two decades a ago, she was always fascinated with the way our thoughts and subsequent actions affect out decisions, relationships and quality of life. Her journey and experiences over the last few years have lead her to pursue her passion as her carrier of a being a Certified Integrative Counsellor empowers her to do that.
Dedicated to sharing her knowledge and compassion with others and hoping to make difference to each and every person she gets an opportunity to connect with.
She is fuelled by her passion for understanding individuals and the root cause of various Dysfunctional ideas, Thoughts and Habits that lead to discord in daily life.
Understanding the impact of life events and experiences on our thought process and the following decisions helps provide valuable insights & perspective regarding the emotional issues faced by the individuals. Her aim is to help others improve the quality of life and the happiness quotient by using proven therapeutic tools.
